Moving Up
Career changes such as a promotion or role change can impact our confidence as we become aware that the tools we used to get here, aren’t the ones we now need to be successful. We can also feel this way after a period of absence from the workplace, a parental leave, extended leave of absence, or an overseas assignment. As your responsibilities increase, your role may become more about how you can influence and inspire others, and think and plan strategically, rather than doing everything yourselves. For some, this can be uncomfortable, and leads to an opportunity for personal growth.
This is a broad topic and programs are bespoke. Here are some of the areas of exploration:
Emotional and embodiment intelligence, self-awareness, regulation and expanding the ability to energise and inspire others.
Self-limiting beliefs, sometimes known as imposter syndrome, and preventing the inner critic from holding you back.
Stakeholder engagement, difficult conversations, and negotiation.
Healthy habits which sustain effectiveness, including a fresh look at time and energy management.

Half Time
Sometimes, an opening for coaching comes from a sense that the career ladder we’ve been climbing up is leant against the wrong wall. Sometimes it comes after the shock of losing a loved one, and staring our own mortality in the face. Or maybe an illness means that our usual high energy busyness now feels overwhelming. In any case, taking some time to take stock of your life at the mid-point, can be an empowering way to ensure that your ‘second half’ is healthy, happy, purposeful and sustainable.
We’ll explore big, open questions such as:
Who am I now?
What do I yearn for?
What is the world calling for?
We’ll also explore more specific, difficult questions such as:
How much is enough money?
Which relationships support me and where do I need to let go?
Do my habits support the life I want?

Resilience
Despite being successful in your career and relationships, sometimes life throws a curve ball that can leave you feeling vulnerable, confused and wanting to hide away. Coaching can support you to stand back on your feet, safely process what has happened and expand your confidence and skills to achieve your goals.
An opening for coaching could come from: redundancy; company restructure; buy-out or merger; burn-out; receiving unexpected and difficult feedback; being the object of an employee grievance.
These programs are bespoke depending on individual needs and context. A holistic approach is taken, looking at cognitive awareness, physical health, emotional wellness, relationships, and if applicable, spirituality.
